Here’s how I fixed it:

1. Remove the back cover and battery of yor Macbook Pro and locate the small triangular screw on the top (near the edge of the unibody case)

2. Cut a small piece of  cardboard of about 2 inches and fold it by the half.

3. Using SprayMount or something similar attach the folded cardboard to the case just above the triangular screw.

NOTE: Be careful!
If you use some abrassive or permanent glue it may damage your mac and void the warranty!

4. Put back on its place the battery and cover and test your trackpad now.

In my case it worked.
